In 2016, WVN reached 64,000 viewers with our third online film festival. Thousands more viewed films from our archives each month before and after.
Still, there are hundreds of thousands of men and women who cannot navigate our site due to language barriers. And we are all about breaking down the barriers to women's rights education.
We have a $5,000 matching gift from one of our board members, earmarked for developing WVN's multilingual capacity! We will be creating film landing pages in Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Urdu, and French to start, with curated film selections for audiences most comfortable in these languages.
